Financing
Pay for a system you own the way you pay for the ones you rent.
You already make a monthly payment for your software. The difference here is that this one ends, and what you paid for is still yours when it does.
We finance through Crest Capital. Put in your project amount and they email you real payment options in seconds.
Get a quote
Quotes come from Crest Capital. Projects from $10,000. Subject to credit approval.
How it works
Four steps, and the first one takes ten seconds.
01
Enter your project amount
Use the number from your quote. If you do not have one yet, put in your best guess. A quote costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
02
Get real payment options
Crest emails you actual monthly payments at different term lengths, usually within seconds. Not a range on a marketing page.
03
Apply if the numbers work
The application is a short form for most projects. No tax returns or financial statements for amounts up to $250,000.
04
We build, Crest pays us
Once you are approved and sign, Crest funds the project and we start. You make your payments to Crest, not to us.
What it covers
The whole project, not just the box.
The hardware
The machine your system runs on, sized to your business. It is equipment you own, so it is the easiest part to finance.
The build and setup
Configuring the system, moving your data over and getting your people running on it. Crest finances software and implementation, not just the box.
One payment for all of it
Hardware and setup go on the same agreement, so you are not juggling a loan for one part and a card for the other.
Questions
The straight answers.
What does it cost?+
Your rate depends on your business and your credit, and Crest sets it, not us. That is why the quote tool exists. Put in your number and you will see real payments instead of our guess.
What is the smallest project you can finance?+
Crest’s program starts at $10,000. For a project under that, most owners pay outright. If you are close to the line, book a call and we will talk through what makes sense.
Who owns the equipment?+
You do. This is financing for a system you buy, not a rental. When the payments end, they end, and the system keeps running.
Does getting a quote affect my credit?+
Getting a quote only asks for an amount and an email. Credit is reviewed when you actually apply. If that matters to your timing, ask Crest about it before you submit the application.
How long are the terms?+
Your quote shows the term options available for your amount. Longer terms mean a lower monthly payment and more total cost, so pick the shortest one that fits your cash flow.
Are there tax benefits?+
Equipment you buy can often be written off in the first year, even when it is financed. Whether that is Section 179 or bonus depreciation is your CPA’s call. Our savings audit gives you a report you can hand them.
Who is Crest Capital?+
A national equipment finance lender that has been doing this since 1989. We partner with them so you get a real lender and a fast decision instead of an in-house payment plan.
Not sure what your project costs yet?
Start with the savings audit. Three questions, about thirty seconds, and you get a real number you can put into the quote tool above.
