How much does Birdeye cost?
They don’t say. We checked in September 2026.
No plan names and no prices. The page is a lead form that asks how many locations you have, in bands from 1 to 3 up to 1,000 or more, then asks for your contact details before it will tell you anything.
Their explanation: Pricing is “built around outcomes, not seat counts,” and it is “one platform, one contract.”
So the honest answer to what Birdeye costs is that nobody outside a sales call knows. What we can tell you is what the rest of the category charges, because those companies publish it.

The ones that won’t tell you
These are real products a lot of businesses use. None of them publishes what it charges, so nobody can compare them to anything without first getting on a call.

$99 a month is $1,188 a year, and it renews every year for as long as you are in business. Nothing about it belongs to you, and the day you stop paying it disappears.
