What it costs

What small businesses actually pay for job management and dispatch software

About $175 a month for a small business. A 5 to 8 person shop on Housecall Pro Essentials at $189 month-to-month, or Jobber Connect 5-user at $199.

Every price below came off the vendor’s own pricing page in September 2026. Month-to-month rates where both are published, because most small businesses do not prepay a year. Check any of them yourself; the source is on every row.

The ones that won’t tell you

These are real products a lot of businesses use. None of them publishes what it charges, so nobody can compare them to anything without first getting on a call.

That is the rent. Here is the other number.

$175 a month is $2,100 a year, and it renews every year for as long as you are in business. Nothing about it belongs to you, and the day you stop paying it disappears.

We build the same thing on hardware you own, priced at one year of what you already pay for the tools it replaces. When the payments end, they end.

Prices verified September 2026 from each vendor’s own published pricing page and shown with the source. Software pricing changes without notice, promotional rates are common, and what you actually pay depends on seats, contacts, locations and contract length.
